Sports events sit at the core of Showbox.
In truth, they have always been a massive part of Showbox. While we have an extensive background in producing events across a wide variety of industry sectors, ranging from hospitality experiences, to brand activations and road shows, we are particularly passionate about high energy sports events. Our track record includes Motorsports, Tennis, Golf, Basketball, Football, mass participation sporting events like marathons, triathlons and obstacle races. We were extremely thrilled to be a part of the FIFA World Cup 2026. For one of the biggest sports events in the world, we had booths in four different locations throughout the US (New York, Miami, Dallas, Houston). At each of these locations, we had a multitude of football and World Cup-related interactive games, creating lively spaces for communities from all across the globe to come together, connect, and compete against each other under a shared love of football and sports.
Many of us grew up playing or participating in some sort of sport. Being able to get people, particularly adults, to tap into their inner child and experience that joy, that playfulness, is a huge part of what makes these types of events so special. And it’s why we keep coming back to sports events, no matter where they are in the world, as often as possible.
